You are the Other
“The subtle art of giving to receive.”
Spiritual truths are very simple, but deep. They require contemplation to integrate their wisdom and impact our consciousness.
If you have ever seen a ‘boomerang’ it’s fascinating to experience how something we have launched very strongly towards the horizon, takes a full turn and returns to the starting point.
In the same way, every interaction we have in the external world generates a vibratory wave that extends like ripples in the ocean of the Collective Consciousness in which we all exist, printing these vibrations on the closest people who were part of the interaction with you and then continue to expand in a circular motion until they manage to return to the origin, in this case ourselves. Along the way they can affect thousands of beings unconsciously. They return to us also as vibrations, either high frequency or low frequency according to what we originally emitted.
The supreme intelligence that coordinates all these interactions attracts situations and people that can facilitate this delivery.
What you are seeing in the external world is the unconscious part of yourself.
Sometimes it is very beautiful, sometimes very painful.
If we stand in front of the mirror and start fighting, really who are you fighting with? Just with ourselves.
That's why blaming never helps, because it's just a reaction where we avoid becoming responsible and miss the focus on the growth that life is offering us.
Life is a highly intelligent process that knows exactly what to bring and at what time. When we understand this, ‘trust’ is a byproduct, we start to trust life even in times of suffering.
Use every opportunity you have within your family, in your work, with your friends, on the street, to help the other in whichever form you can.
‘You are the other.’
All you give is just something you are giving yourself.
When the disciples asked the great enlightened master, “Why do you love us so much? Why do you make all this effort to help us? ”• the master replied:
“I don't see anyone other than me, I'm not loving you, I'm just loving myself. The only love that exists is love for oneself. There is no one else. When I see you, you are not different from me. You are me and I am you. ”
All the help you offer to this world you are really offering yourself.
Whenever you feel that your life is not flowing with the abundance that naturally belongs to you, whenever you are not being able to create the reality you want, look for a way to ‘give what you want to receive’ to someone else. Be authentic, but help in every little opportunity you have.
This universal principle of love is so simple, but it has the ability to correct any problem within ourselves, free you from any suffering and even rewrite your destiny.
There are days when our energy is higher and others lower, but no matter how much you give • sometimes a smile is enough • sometimes a moment of attention • or a word of kindness • can impact the other more than we can imagine. Make an effort to touch the heart of the other and that kindness will touch you.
You have in your hands the access to the biggest bank of grace in this life, if you could only learn the subtle art of giving to receive.
